Financing of State Defense Order in 2012 can be increased up to RUR 1.769 trillions, in 2013 spendings nay grow up to RUR 2.236 trillions, and in 2014 – up to RUR 2.625 trillions, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov.

"The draft budget has been already formed; it meets parameters of federal budget and considers credit funds obtained by defense companies under governmental guarantee", said Ivanov at the session of Military Industrial Committee.

"Growth of defense spendings is quite considerable. Namely, in 2012 financing of state defense order is planned at the level of RUR 1.769 trillions, in 2013 - RUR 2.236 trillions, in 2014 – RUR 2.625 trillions", he added.

According to Ivanov, the government's draft resolution on State Defense Order 2012 must be submitted to approval of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on Dec 4. As for Ivanov, it would mean that after approval of the document all contracts of 2012 could be signed in this year.

It was earlier reported that the government would appropriate RUR 1.5 trillions for defense order in 2011. Apart from Defense Ministry, FSB, and Ministry of Internal Affairs, the state orderers of the program are EMERCOM, Federal Protection Service, Foreign Intelligence Service, Federal Drug Control Service, Federal Penal Enforcement Service, Federal Special Construction Agency, and Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation.
