"If one compare the real threat to our territorial integrity, any military action against our country, to the threat of the nation-wide poverty and huge social stratification, the second problem is obviously more serious", said Mironov at Tuesday's press conference in Moscow.
His election program does include the item providing such redistribution of budgetary funds.
Mironov emphasized that was going to be a temporary measure. As for him, it may take at the most 3-4 years.
