New Russian military doctrine will be developed by the year end, reports RIA Novosti referring to vice premier Dmitry Rogozin.

According to him, work on the doctrine will start in mid-May.
Rogozin added that the meeting on state defense order would be convened soon after inauguration of Vladimir Putin with the view to determine strategic lines in that area.
Inauguration of the Russian elected president will be held on May 7.
