"Drug enforcement agencies found hashish onboard one of the ships which are moored most of the time. A civilian employee whose hashish was found used to work under employment agreement. He voluntarily resigned on Sept 27", reports Interfax referring to a BF spokesman.
He pointed out that BF staff officers were holding investigation on the basis of facts revealed by drug enforcement service. According to Vzglyad newspaper, it was reported earlier on Wednesday that narcotic police and FSB officers checking information about illegal drug trafficking had found hashish on the ships of BF 131-st Logistic Support Base in Lomonosov.
Two criminal cases were initiated on the basis of Article 228, Russian Criminal Code. Twenty seven persons were sent for medical examination. Drug usage accessories and electronic scales were also found onboard ships.
