Russian multipurpose boat RSV12M Lider unique in navigability was presented at Interpolitekh-2009 exhibition for the first time.

According to him, rescuers deservedly assessed the vessel, although had some claims which are being eliminated during construction of second Lider-type vessel. It will be put afloat in May 2010.

Patrol and search, rescue, pilot, general service boat Lider is capable to accelerate up to 35 knots at any weather conditions. The boat has motor pump with pumpage capacity of 5 tonnes per 10 minutes. It extinguishes fire with 90-m water jet. Lider is also equipped with Paramedic-type handbarrow for transportation of critically wounded personnel and life-saving elevators. Sea endurance is three days for four crewmembers. The boat is capable to carry up to 14 passengers.
