Murderer of two kids to be checked for sanity
11/13/2009 Source:Naval officer who had thrown two girls out of Moscow multistorey building will be arrested and checked for sanity. That was said in Moscow branch of Investigative Committee.
"The measure of restraint will be chosen for the suspect on Friday; most likely it would be placement in detention. Appropriate expert investigations were assigned and are currently conducted; among them is psychological examination of the officer", said spokesman of Investigative Committee.
A criminal case was initiated on the basis of part 3 clause 30 and part 2 clause 105 of RF Criminal Code ("Attempted homicide of more than one persons being in helpless state"). Ministry of Defense has not commented the incident yet.
