Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovich intends to review gas issues and terms of Black Sea Fleet basing in Crimea with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev this week, reported Friday press service of the Ukrainian leader.

Medvedev mentioned about plans to visit Ukraine for extraordinary meeting with Yanukovich at Thursday's press conference in Brazil.

As reported by the press service of Ukrainian president, among other matters for discussion will be partnership in aircraft industry, issues of interregional cooperation, and mutual celebration of 65th anniversary of the Great Victory.

Ukraine claims price reduction for Russian gas. According to Russian Government press service, the parties come to terms, although the final price has not been promulgated now.

Russia would like its Black Sea Fleet to stay at Crimea after 2017 when the lease contract term is expired. Previous Ukrainian leaders argued against the prolongation; current government is willing to negotiate. Alongside with that, Kiev would probably increase lease payment for BSF basing at Ukrainian territory.
