Early May experts and directors of Chernomorskiy [Black Sea] Shipyard (Nikolayev, Ukraine) visited Russia's largest shipyard JSC Sevmashpredpriyatie (Severodvinsk).

That visit was the second step in shipbuilding cooperation between Russia and Ukraine. We recall that in April the shipyards signed a memorandum of partnership, reports the yard's press service.

Members of Nikolayev delegation familiarized with productive capacities of Sevmash shipyard and saw over projects under construction, including aircraft carrier Vikramaditya and oil platform Prirazlomnaya built for Gazprom oil company.

Besides, the Ukrainian shipbuilders took part in extended meeting of Sevmash's business partners; among attendants were Russian and Indian Navy representatives.
