Ukrainian Navy Commander held a meeting on Zaporizhzhia sub 05.02.2010
Admiral Igor Teniukh, Ukrainian Navy Commander held a working meeting on Feb 4 in Sevastopol on preparation of submarine Zaporizhzhia for mooring and sea trials.

Group of veteran submariners headed by Rear Admiral retired Vladimir Kolpakov participated in the meeting.

Main objective of the working meeting was rendering methodic and practical assistance to executive personnel of submarine Zaporizhzhia on preparation for mooring and sea trials.

Among attendants were representatives of Naval Operations Center and Search and Rescue Operations Center of Ukrainian Navy.

Reportedly, the loading of storage battery into the sub was completed last week; direct preparation for mooring and sea trials was started then.
