Nakat is a Project 12347 small-size missile ship.

REGISTRATION

Northern Fleet, Polyarny

CONSTRUCTION

The ship was laid down on November 4, 1982 at Primorsky Shipyard (Leningrad); launched on April 16, 1987; commissioned on December 30, 1987.

MILESTONES

In 1990's the antiship missile Onyx was tested on the ship. In 2002 the missile passed the whole range of trials and was commissioned.
