List of ships participating in IMDS-2011 becomes known 24.06.2011

Corvettes Stereguschiy and Soobrazitelny, frigate Yaroslav Mudry, diesel submarine St. Petersburg, and other 15 ships and boats including three foreign frigates will be displayed at 5th International Maritime Defense Show to open in St. Petersburg on June 29, told the exhibition steering committee to Central Navy Portal.

For the first time wide public will have the opportunity to visit corvette Soobrazitelny and small-size gunnery ship Volgodonsk. Most ships and boats will arrive in St. Petersburg on June 28 and moor at the quay near LENEXPO exhibition complex. Warships and boats of Russian Navy and FSB Coast Guard will be open to wide public.

Following ships will be moored at Lt. Schmidt Embankment:

Project 11540 frigate Yaroslav Mudry (arrives on June 28 at 11.20 am),
Project 20380 corvette Stereguschiy (arrives on June 28 at 10.40 am).

Following Russian Navy and Coast Guard ships to be placed at LENEXPO quayside:

Project 20380 corvette Soobrazitelny,
Project 677 submarine B-585 St. Petersburg,
Project 21630 small-size gunnery ship Volgodonsk,
Project 12322 small-size air cushion landing ship Mordovia,
Project 21820 landing boat Ataman Platov,
Project 11770 Serna air cavern landing boat,
Project 21980 Grachonok patrol boat P-104,
Project 12150 Mangust Coast Guard patrol boat P-610,
Project 12200 Sobol patrol boat (hull number 211),
Project A-125 FSB special purpose boat Valentin Chuikin,
Project 1403A Kaira survey boat,
Project 160 harbor-based diving boat,
Rigid inflatable boats BL-680 and BL-820.

Foreign ships to be displayed at IMDS-2011:

German frigate Hamburg (arrives on June 29 at 10.35 am),
Dutch frigate Van Amstel (arrives on June 28 at 12.30 pm),
American guided missile frigate USS Carr (arrives on June 28 at 9 am).
