Indian naval officers uploaded secret photos of warships and subs

Indian naval officers uploaded secret photos of warships and subs 16.06.2011
Text: Radio Mayak
Indian Navy command revealed serious leakage of secret information and shut it down at once. It was found that nearly half of 6,000 naval officers had accounts in social network Facebook.

Officers shared not only private but confidential information by uploading photos of warships, submarines, and coastal assets along with private images.

To make their pages more attractive, Indian naval officers detailed places and dates of "photo sessions", including location of their military units, and even names and pictures of in-service arms.

Now those servicemen will have to either delete their accounts or minimize the content.
